The People Partner II Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the overall People Operations function and contributing to the strategic direction of the company. The People Partner II Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the People Operations Business Partner team and ensuring the effective delivery of People Operations services and support to the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and expertise on People Operations matters and driving the implementation of People Operations initiatives to support organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage the People Operations Business Partner team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.
People Operations Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement People Operations strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide strategic People Operations advice and guidance to business leaders, helping them anticipate and address People Operations-related challenges and opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of People Operations policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational effectiveness and compliance.
People Analytics:
- Develop and implement People Operations analytics strategies and methodologies to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret People Operations data and metrics to provide valuable insights and recommendations for People Operations and business leaders.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for People Operations process improvements and strategic workforce planning.
Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations for selection.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including conducting orientations and facilitating a smooth transition for new employees.
- Support business leaders in workforce planning and talent management efforts, including succession planning, talent development, and performance management.
- Partner with leaders to identify and address talent gaps, facilitate career development opportunities, and promote a culture of continuous learning.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees on People Operations -related matters, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, partnering with leaders to create a positive work environment, promote employee morale, and enhance employee retention.
- Conduct investigations and handle employee grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance management practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Support compensation and benefits programs by conducting market research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
People Operations Project Management:
- Lead and support various People Operations projects, such as policy development, People Operations system implementations, employee engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience, Education, and Licensure
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced skills in People Operations data analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM/PHR) a plus.
- Experience using ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Experience using SharePoint and Confluence.
• Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
