The Maintenance Technician for Pall Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting Deland’s maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of all machinery and equipment within the plant. Our Maintenance Technicians work with minimal supervision while providing manufacturing technical support to department engineers and designers, making them an integral part of our operations.

This position is part of the Energy+ operations located in Deland, FL, and is on-site.

This role involves setting up and running automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production or processing operation. Responsibilities include closely monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, controls, and guidelines to meet production/process specifications. The job also entails following engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other instructions. Additionally, it involves installing, modifying, moving, troubleshooting, repairing, and dismantling machinery and equipment based on documentation like SOPs, layout plans, blueprints, or other drawings. The position also requires setting up, calibrating, testing, and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies. Another key aspect is assembling mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and electrical/electronic systems using hand and power tools, jigs, fixtures, and other equipment. This role encompasses responsibilities associated with Machine Operator, Process Operations, Product Assembly, and Production Technician roles.

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $40k - $55k. This is the range that we, in good faith, believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
