  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in all maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality results.
  • Possess reliable transportation for on-site duties and be able to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, vendors, and supervisors to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the service team to enhance the curb appeal of our communities and maintain a positive resident experience.
Requirements
  • HVAC 608 Certification or equivalent.
  • Strong general knowledge of maintenance repairs and a proven track record of success.
  • EPA certification and proficiency in electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and effective communication skills.
  • Experience in a multi-family setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
