Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive holistic campaigns strategy, identifying key opportunities across our client roster for impactful work worthy of national and global recognition.
  • Project Management: Oversee the structure and management of creative projects under your purview, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and creative quality meet the high standards we've set for them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with creative directors, strategists, and production teams to identify projects with the most potential and guide them from concept to execution with a focus on client impact, fame potential and award criteria.
  • Industry Research: Stay updated on trends, PR demand, and creative work judging criteria to inform our creative approach and ensure our best work is competitive.
  • Submission Management: Lead the entire awards submission process, driving our team through selecting categories, preparing entry materials, and crafting compelling case studies and narratives that highlight our work's impact and innovation.
  • Results Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of the agency's leading work, providing insights and recommendations for future improvement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management and/ or account management in a creative agency environment.
  • Strong experience not just creating great work but pushing boundaries and setting new standards in the industry that can get recognized at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Clios and more.
  • Deep, encyclopedic understanding of the advertising and creative industry.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and an eye for detail.
  • Excellent writing skills, particularly in crafting compelling narratives and winning case studies.
