Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur successful automotive sales dealership is looking for a confident, professional, and customer service-minded used car sales representative who is ready to hit the ground running Job seekers for this position should be well-versed in all aspects of customer satisfaction and generating new sales. You will work directly with customers to identify used car options that meet their needs and lifestyles, negotiate trade-in values, join them for test drives, and answer questions about our available vehicles. $100,000+ at plan earnings commission

Responsibilities:
  • Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options
  • Maintain a professional appearance while working in the showroom or attending sales meetings to uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence
  • Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
  • Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
  • Leverage excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills to effectively close sales
Qualifications:
  • Stellar customer service skills, communication skills, and a high commitment to customer satisfaction are paramount
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required
  • One year of auto sales experience, working as a sales representative, or related retail sales jobs is required
  • High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Knowledge and interest in used car features, the auto sales industry, car dealerships’ financing options, and sales management necessary
