Our established U.S. based client is expanding and looking to add a key remote outside sales contributor role based anywhere in the Charleston, SC region. This role will be critical in the development of a robust sales expansion plan. This role is responsible for all sales in a defined geographical territory for all client's products in order to meet and exceed sales forecast and sales objectives. The Outside Territory Manager is responsible for hunting and account management function within the territory. This position will coordinate with several departments within the company in handling product orders and customer service requests.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Visit doctors who do not use the lab and inform them of the pickup and delivery service and provide information regarding company products.

Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers.

Source and work customer referrals.

Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.

Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options.

Promote specific products as directed by upper management.

Inform potential and current customers of current promotions and discounts.

Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.

Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.

Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review. Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback.

Keep all fuel receipts and deliver to accounting weekly.

Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management.


Required experience:

Impeccable customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

Motivated, driven attitude

Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven

Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation

Organized work ethic

Proven track record in sales environment

Ability to meet and/or exceed given sales quotas

Knowledge of the dental laboratory industry and products preferred
