Compensation:$80,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including businesses, municipalities, and government entities.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate our range of products (Honda, Kubota, Polaris, and Scag) to clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote our products and network with potential clients.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the outdoor power equipment industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the needs and purchasing processes of businesses, municipalities, and government entities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
