Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts work with our students, behavior technicians, other therapists, and families to ensure that appropriate strategies are being implemented to foster client success and desired outcomes. 

💼 Board Certified Behavior Analyst

💰  $34 - $37.75/hr*
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

🎯 Expectations:

  • provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting.
  • be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client.  
  • train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
  • A valid BCBA certificate
  • Auto Insurance (minimum of 25/50k liability coverage)
  • Clear Background Check
