Your responsibilities will entail:
- Sales - driving club's sales growth.
- Service Excellence - providing members with the motivation, guidance, and programming to help them achieve results.
- Leadership – motivating and leading team members to bring their best every day.
- Community Outreach - organizing and conducting events to build community awareness, foster goodwill, and drive new memberships.
- Facility Excellence - ensuring that the gym's equipment and cleanliness consistently meet company standards.
- Customer Service - communicating with members and guests and providing impeccable customer service

- Excited to learn all the facets of running a gym, including club tours, fitness consultations, personal training sessions, lead generation, and member retention.
