  • Build relationships with leads and industry connections interested in salon suites
  • Represent the property at networking, industry or other business events
  • Own the full tenant experience including first contact, tour, lease signing, move-in, and ongoing relationship-building for high retention and occupancy
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tenant issues
  • Meet or exceed revenue, occupancy and sales plan goals
  • Maintain all data, reporting, licensing and insurance documentation, and lease management systems
  • Conduct regular property inspections on visits to ensure sparkling facilities
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff as needed to ensure timely completion of work tickets, prepare for move-ins, and maintain overall property condition
  • Work directly with Marketing Manager on social media marketing campaigns
  • Work directly with accounting department on rents receivables to minimize delinquency
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or similar field with minimum of 2 years sales-related experience (will consider equivalent experience without degree)
  • Prior experience in property or similar lease management business preferred
  • Extensive knowledge and use of the full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong technology skills including social media, texting programs, and virtual meetings with ability to quickly learn other technology and platforms
  • Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Customer service oriented with a focus on Raving Fans experiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written, interpersonal and other communication skills
  • Positive energy and professionalism in connecting with clients and others
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Travel required to the Mississippi Gulf Coast or Louisiana once a week with 2 overnights a month on average
  • Schedule is Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work

$45,000 salary plus bonus plan = $60,000+ potential
