We are seeking a Dining Aide to join our team and assist with food preparation, serving meals, and maintaining a clean dining environment. The Dining Aide will ensure that residents or customers are provided with high-quality service during meal times.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Assist with food preparation and serving meals according to established guidelines.
2. Clean and sanitize work areas, dining tables, and serving stations.
3. Set up dining areas with utensils, dishes, and napkins before meal times.
4. Provide excellent customer service to residents or customers during meal times.
5. Assist in maintaining inventory of food, supplies, and equipment.
6. Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food and cleaning tasks.
7. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations during meal services.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move heavy objects.
7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
