  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, storage, and work areas, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the Dining Services Coordinator and other team members to ensure seamless food service operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high standards for food taste and quality are upheld at all times.
Requirements
  • Experience: One (1) year job-related experience in food preparation in a restaurant, hotel, or other similar environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, ServSafe Manager Certificate, and Local Health Department Food Handler Card.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, and good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
