Role Overview:
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering personalized care according to each resident's unique care plan.
  • Assisting residents during meal times, including preparation and dining support.
  • Providing assistance with personal hygiene and incontinence care.
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living space.
  • Supporting the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.

Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum age of 18 years or possess a valid work certificate.

  • Completion of a certified training program; Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care settings is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with basic first aid procedures and resident care techniques.
