Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute product development strategies in alignment with the company's vision and market trends. Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements.

  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the development of products, including R&D, engineering, design, and marketing. Create and manage project plans, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.

  • Design & Development: Oversee the product design and development process, ensuring that products meet specifications, budget, and time constraints. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to refine product concepts and prototypes.

  • Vendor & Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and ensure that all materials and components meet quality standards.

  • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Market Launch: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans. Ensure successful product introductions and ongoing market support.

  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze product performance, gather feedback, and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments based on data and market response.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
