Misión

 

Como Analista de Trade Marketing, tu misión será desarrollar e implementar estrategias de Trade Marketing que estimulen la rotación del inventario de los productos de la empresa en la región. Trabajarás en conjunto con los equipos de marketing y ventas para desarrollar planes de comunicación y promociones que incrementen las ventas en el punto de venta y fortalezcan la relación con los trade partners y consumidores. Tu objetivo principal será contribuir a aumentar las ventas de la empresa en la región a través de la implementación de estrategias y actividades de Trade Marketing efectivas.

 

Funciones

 

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de Trade Marketing que estimulen la rotación de inventario en cada uno de nuestros productos en la región.
  • Desarrollo y ejecución de presupuestos promocionales, así como seguimiento, análisis y cierre de las actividades promocionales en el mercado.
  • Monitorear el retorno de inversión (ROI) de las actividades, y tener la habilidad de crear métricas adaptadas a las necesidades.
  • Supervisar directamente a la agencia de promotoría en los territorios en los que se trabaje.
  • Fidelizar a los vendedores de los pisos de venta para convertirlos en embajadores de marca.
  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de comunicación al consumidor a través de los trade partners en las épocas promocionales.
  • Trabajar con agencias de publicidad para el desarrollo y ejecución de campañas locales.
  • Fortalecimiento de la relación con los ejecutivos de cada Trade Partner.
  • Recolectar y procesar facturas y notas de crédito de actividades de Marketing en la región.
  • Liderar proyectos desde la fase de creación hasta la implementación.
  • Asistir en otras tareas asignadas en el área de Marketing.
  • Proporcionar soporte en actividades de Trade Marketing con los trade partners, así como soporte en actividades de sell out (promociones, actividades en tienda), con el propósito de incrementar ventas en el punto de venta, visibilidad en el punto de venta, e incrementar la relación de la marca tanto con el consumidor como con los trade partners

 

Requisitos

 

  • Titulación universitaria.
  • Full Bilingue (Inglés avanzado - Oral y escrito)
  • Experiencia en Trade Marketing.
  • Residir en San Juan o Zonas cercanas
  • Experiencia en tecnología y/o línea blanca (preferible)
  • Flexibilidad de tiempo, horarios y días.
  • Disponibilidad inmediata (preferible)
