Job Description:
- Respond promptly to service calls and perform assigned tasks according to SERVPRO guidelines.
- Ensure all customer needs are met by maintaining clear communication with the crew chief and other team members.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces.
- Prepare work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of vehicles and equipment.
- Set up staging areas and equipment for projects.
- Leave job sites clean and orderly upon completion.
- Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members.
- Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
- Adhere to safety guidelines during all phases of work.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, potentially with extended hours.
- Awareness of chemical use and safety hazards.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
- Comfort working in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics.
- Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull objects repetitively.
- Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures.
- Availability for 24-hour emergency service on a rotational on-call basis.
