Job Description:


  • Respond promptly to service calls and perform assigned tasks according to SERVPRO guidelines.
  • Ensure all customer needs are met by maintaining clear communication with the crew chief and other team members.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office spaces.
Responsibilities:


  • Prepare work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies for each project.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and order of vehicles and equipment.
  • Set up staging areas and equipment for projects.
  • Leave job sites clean and orderly upon completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members.
  • Conduct end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines during all phases of work.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:


  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, potentially with extended hours.
  • Awareness of chemical use and safety hazards.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, and working at heights.
  • Comfort working in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics.
  • Capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull objects repetitively.
  • Willingness to work in environments with varying temperatures.
  • Availability for 24-hour emergency service on a rotational on-call basis.
