The Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product management and market demands. This position requires managing comprehensive market insights, coordinating metrics, and aligning product launches with sales objectives to exceed market expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research and trend analysis to understand the specific needs and expectations of architects and designers in the commercial sector.
  • Utilize market insights to craft compelling marketing and communication strategies that facilitate exceptional customer experiences and product positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with the product management team to ensure seamless transitions from product development to market launch, emphasizing functional and strategic alignment.
  • Develop and implement channel strategies that enhance product visibility and adoption across different market segments, particularly focusing on wholesale and retail channels.
  • Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring product launches are synchronized with sales strategies and customer adoption.
  • Forge strong relationships with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales tactics, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of market approaches and goals.
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics and gather market feedback to inform continuous product and strategy enhancement.
  • Provide accurate and timely market forecasts to inform inventory management and production planning, ensuring supply meets anticipated demand.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams, showing strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively present and persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly self-motivated, curious, and capable of initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal oversight.
  • High proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems; understanding of analytics and visualization platforms preferred.
  • Proven track record of adapting new technologies to solve practical business challenges.
  • Demonstrable experience in applying generative AI tools for enhancing business processes, specifically in marketing strategies, planning, and project management.

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
