As Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and operations, ensuring alignment of initiatives with our long-term goals. You will act as a liaison between senior management and staff, fostering communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership to strategize and implement business objectives.
- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to drive company growth and stability.

Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
