Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services seeks dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team of Case Managers in providing ABA services. With competitive hourly compensation ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, this role also offers a significant opportunity to impact the lives of our clients through the application of evidence-based strategies in behavior analysis.

Position Overview:

  • Engage in the field of behavior analysis with a clear trajectory toward becoming a BCBA.
  • Apply creativity and innovation within structured, evidence-based frameworks to achieve client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support BCBAs in the delivery of medically necessary behavioral health treatments
  • Conduct parent consultations with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Assist in case management and oversight under the guidance of a BCBA
  • Provide in-field training and supervision to RBTs
  • Ensure accuracy in data collection, session notes, and graphing, adhering to evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Implement research-based teaching strategies, both play-based and structured, to enhance client progress
  • Motivate and guide team members in expanding their knowledge of behavior analysis
  • Perform additional duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation (ride-sharing services are not permitted)
  • Enrollment in a graduate program with a minimum of 12 semester units in ABA or a related field
  • Physical capability to lift or move up to 50 lbs. and maintain various postures for extended periods
  • Negative TB test results required
  • Must pass FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
  • Energetic attitude with a commitment to helping individuals with developmental disabilities succeed
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
