Job Description

Momentus is looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and help us build and launch innovative products that solve impactful problems for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a background in ERP product management, strong understanding of the product development process, and will be able to work cross-functionally to bring products to market successfully.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements in collaboration with UX and engineering
  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Conduct discovery to uncover high value, unmet market / customer needs; conduct & synthesize competitive analysis
  • Create, manage and present product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with product pricing to determine ideal commercial / GTM plan
  • Track, measure, and report on product performance
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve products
  • Develop content for executive / board presentations on roadmap and product/market performance
  • Travel up to 20% to join customer sessions, conferences, and corporate meetings
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting strongly preferred. Would consider a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, finance)
  • 3+ years of experience in product management with experience working with Mid-Market ERP Systems (i.e. Acumatica, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Intacct, NetSuite, or similar mid-market ERP software)of experience in product management
  • Quantifiable product success stories
  • Strong understanding of the product development process
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically
  • Data-driven decision-making skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Strong preference for East Coast time zone (for highly qualified candidates, would consider Central US time zone)
  • Experience with machine learning and AI
  • Experience in the Venue or Event Management industry
  • Experience with Atlassian or Pendo
  • Experience with JTBD framework
