TAG, the Trustworthy Accountability Group is seeking a motivated and mission-oriented subject matter expert to serve as the product manager for its threat intelligence and compliance tools, as well as to support the global TAG Community in its use of those offerings.
TAG is the leading global initiative fighting criminal activity and increasing trust in the digital advertising industry. TAG advances its mission of eliminating fraudulent traffic, sharing of threat intelligence, promoting brand safety, and enabling transparency by connecting industry leaders, analyzing threats, and sharing best practices worldwide. TAG's international member companies include the world's largest and most influential brands, agencies, publishers, and ad tech providers. TAG is the first and only Information Sharing and Analysis Organization (ISAO) for the digital advertising industry. This U.S. Department of Homeland Security designation means TAG is the primary forum for sharing threat intelligence in our industry.
Reporting jointly to TAG’s Vice President of Policy & Compliance and Vice President of Threat Intelligence, the successful candidate will employ a strategic and creative mindset – as well as strong technical capabilities – to manage and evolve TAG’s extensive suite of compliance and threat intelligence technical tools. Additionally, the successful candidate will partner with relevant staff across Team TAG in the research and development of new tool offerings, and support TAG members in the use of those offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day management and maintenance of TAG’s suite of threat-sharing and compliance tools, including the Data Center IP (DCIP) List, Pirate Mobile App List (PMAL), Keyword Exclusion List Toolset (KELT), SSAI Billing Notifications Tool, TAG Tools API, Pirate Domain Exclusion List (PDEL), Malicious Advertising Domain (MAD) List and new offerings as they are developed.
- Coordinate with TAG’s VP of Policy & Compliance and VP of Threat Intelligence, to provide regular detailed reporting for each of TAG’s threat-sharing and compliance tools.
- Keep abreast of technical advances in industry best practice to inform changes to TAG’s threat-sharing and technical compliance tools.
- Work collaboratively with TAG’s VP of Threat Intelligence and TAG’s VP of Policy & Compliance on necessary changes to TAG’s Threat-Sharing and Compliance Tools, including the enhancement of existing tools and the development of new tools, to benefit the TAG community.
- Support TAG’s VP of Policy & Compliance and Threat Intelligence Analyst(s) in the management of complaint processes associated with TAG’s certification programs and compliance tools.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the digital security, product management, project management, or another related area.
- Polished written and oral communication skills, including ability to work seamlessly with technical, non-technical and senior executive stakeholders.
- Additional experience with the digital advertising or media industries preferred.
- Ability to prioritize appropriately and successfully among multiple projects, and to communicate efficiently and effectively both with other members of Team TAG and with TAG members.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters or other professional degree preferred.
