We are seeking an experienced Luxury Car Sales Consultant to join our team. Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, salary-based position with competitive compensation and benefits. In addition to a salary, our top-performing Sales Associates can also earn commission based on sales performance. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on the features, benefits, and specifications of our vehicles
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales
- Coordinate with our finance department to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends, new models, and features to best serve our customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas set by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales
- Knowledge of luxury vehicles and features
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Strong sales and closing abilities
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
