During the interview process we will assess current experience and aptitude on the specific job responsibilities and skill sets specifically needed to execute as a top performing team member. Job Summary

As an Installation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of installation projects. Your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing relationships with installers, coordinating and assigning work orders, problem-solving, and facilitating effective communication with Installation Quality Managers and other departments.

Daily Responsibilities


Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with a network of installers, ensuring a dependable and skilled workforce for our projects.
  • Regularly engage in communication with installers to understand their availability, skills, and preferences, fostering a positive and collaborative working relationship.

Work Order Coordination:

  • Receive and meticulously review work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Efficiently assign work orders to suitable installers based on their availability, skills, and proximity to optimizing efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and promptly addressing any issues or delays that may arise.

Problem Solving:

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for installers, promptly addressing any concerns, questions, or challenges they may encounter during projects.
  • Collaborate closely with installers and other relevant stakeholders to identify and implement effective solutions, overcoming obstacles and ensuring successful project completion.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Maintain regular and effective communication with Installation Quality Managers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and addressing any installation-related issues.

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Monitor each Installers performance
  • Meet and communicate with District Managers to keep moving big and/or small rocks
  • Onboard new Installers with appropriate paperwork and forms
