Job Description

Brightspeed is looking for a strategic thinker to join our Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) team As the Marketing Strategy Manager, you'll be responsible for developing effective growth plans for our MDU business line.

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Deep Customer Understanding: Uncover the needs and preferences of MDU customers across diverse competitive landscapes
  • Strategic Acumen: Develop data-driven strategies that account for the operational nuances of multi-unit buildings, driving customer acquisition and increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate strategy into actionable go-to-market plans by partnering creatively with various internal teams
  • Strong Organization & Accountability: Deliver results in a fast-paced environment, while fostering collaboration and holding partners accountable for achieving shared goals
  • Analytical with a Continuous Improvement Focus: Use product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize product adoption, engagement, and business KPIs.
  • Ability to Communicate your Vision: Use slides, meetings and analysis to persuade and motivate the organization to bring your strategy to life
Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing and/or product strategy work
  • 3+ years of experience in telecommunications
  • Experience managing a customer base with a subscription service
  • Track record of delivering business results and providing organizational though leadership
  • Proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, leading cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and successful delivery
  • History of using consumer insight to design new approaches and experiences
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of financial concepts and economic principles
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, consistently delivering high-quality work on time and independently managing priorities with minimal supervision

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Quantified the financial viability of new projects by crafting business cases that demonstrably improved key metrics like IRR, NPV, and payback periods
