Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MarTech Product Strategy Manager to join our team at Brightspeed. As a key member of our marketing technology team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our company's overall marketing and business goals. This role will oversee the creation and management of a strategic product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive the innovation of our MarTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech product strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of MarTech products, from ideation and development to launch and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analytics, to ensure successful product delivery and integration.
  • Develop, write, and own comprehensive business cases for MarTech products, including defining the strategic value, outlining key objectives, and detailing the financial impact.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and technologies.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, sales, and executive leadership, to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into product development.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of MarTech products.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with external MarTech vendors and service providers.
  • Develop and manage budgets for MarTech products and initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
