 Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support other project team members.
  • Perform analytical tasks designed to collect and analyze information.
  • Respond to all routine inquiries from the user community within two (2) business days.
  • Review requests and associated data.
  • Perform any needed data updates.
  • Respond to the requestor based on how the request was received.
  • Follow a predefined procedure to verify and validate identity data as requests are received through the Program Office.
  • Assist in the preparation of the HC IdM Detailed Metrics Report and a monthly HC IdM Contract Workload Metrics Report.
 Required Skills and Experience
  • An ability to work effectively and efficiently with limited supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with Service Now/yourIT ticket.
  • Experience with IdM Toolkit software.
