Position Responsibilities

Sales Strategy
  • Continuous development for on-line sales growth / Amazon strategy.
  • Diversify LC’s go-to-market channels and new categories (ex. Marine pad line).
  • Direct, create and oversee implementation of sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Set short and long-term sales strategies, and evaluate sales program effectiveness.
  • Understand the buying process, people, and tools to generate effective sales campaigns and report on metrics including win/loss analysis.
  • Leverage the organization’s abilities to deliver value to accounts and understand user personas.
  • Interpret and communicate strategies and progress as it relates to the department and individual staff.
  • Monitor market changes and trends with companies and competitors.
Sales Operations
  • Motivate and lead LCM’s high-performance domestic sales team under the direction of the President. 
  • Manage and motivate Account Managers and outside Sales Reps to maximize revenue.
  • Manage LCM independent product Ambassadors in the utilization and performance of all products, leading to greater customer acceptance and recognition.
  • Set sales goals, monitor progress, identify trends, achieve forecast, and exceed sales targets.
  • Organize and oversee sales personnel presence at all scheduled exhibitions and meetings.

Team Development
  • Train/coach on how to bring new ideas into a selling situation and persuade customers in a unique and powerful way. 
  • Manage, recruit, train, evaluate sales team member and conduct performance reviews.

Leadership Team Member
  • Work with the President to establish forecast, quotas, and sales territories.
  • Make recommendations on budgets, wages, pricing models, schedules, and guidelines.
  • Contribute in the development of marketing literature for new products and new business.

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or similar
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience required, and at least 2 years at a leadership level
  • Preference will be given to PBE experience
  • Proven ability to present product demonstrations in front of both small and large groups
  • Marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to work with diverse cultures
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Sales experience using a CRM
  • Some travel will be required
  • This is not a remote position. This role must be at the office in Oconomowoc, WI
