Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and organized Event Assistant to support our events team in planning, coordinating, and executing various events. This role is ideal for someone passionate about event planning, highly detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry. As an Event Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience in the logistics and creative aspects of event management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Coordination Support: Assist with the preparation, setup, and breakdown of events, including corporate functions, conferences, social events, and trade shows.
  • Logistics Management: Help coordinate transportation, accommodations, and event timelines to ensure smooth operations.
  • Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to confirm details, manage deliveries, and track invoices.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as data entry, managing RSVPs, maintaining contact lists, and organizing event materials.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials, managing social media updates, and ensuring brand consistency at events.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of event management software is a plus.
  • Creative problem-solving and a proactive attitude.
