Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, trade shows, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all event needs are met.
  • Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination.
  • Prepare event materials such as invitations, programs, and promotional items.
  • Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle event-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service to attendees.
  • Support marketing efforts for events, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
