DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES & REQUIRED SKILLS (paste below or attach):

We are seeking a Campus Ambassador that can help PepsiCo to drive execution of our attraction and hiring activities for Early Talent and brand relationship cultivation at select universities. This position will report into the Campus Ambassador Program Manager and will partner closely with members of the University Engagement team.

Responsibilities:
Willing and able to attend and/or host events on or near your University s campus.
Stand up and support individual campus events including but not limited to information sessions, networking events, career fairs, and retention events.
Develop a strong understanding of the business and PepsiCo s portfolio to generate brand awareness on campus.
Promoting events on campus by, but not limited to, posting and passing out flyers and generating online outreach to student organizations on campus.
Set up and tear down recruitment/networking events
Engage and recruit students by building PepsiCo s brand and presence in partnership with internal functional teams and university partners
Be a liaison between PepsiCo s University Engagement team and on-campus contacts including student and diversity organizations to build lasting relationships for PepsiCo with each university to drive long term impact
Providing candidate insights to guide Early Talent Team/University Engagement representative on creating impactful experiences and interactions to build candidate pipeline.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have completed a Summer 2024 internship, received and accepted a fulltime offer with PepsiCo.
Must attend one of the identified PepsiCo universities for the Campus Ambassador program:

Preferred Qualifications:

Outgoing personality and someone who enjoys meeting and networking with new people

Passion and savvy for social media marketing with a strong network
Strong organizational skills with confidence or interest in event planning and execution
Experience holding leadership positions in student organizations and clubs on campus
Time management skills
Availability to support recruitment activations on campus during peak periods (commonly September,
