Creative, fun, experiential event driven hospitality brand is currently looking for aProactiveSales Managerto join their growing events team. In return you will receive a competitive rateof pay plus excellent benefits The Proactive Sales Manager is responsible for proactively seeking business to fulfill pre-determined market(s) for NYC location in Nomad. This involves the cultivation and implementation of group sales strategies for the local market with the support of the Head of Sales, to drive company revenues to meet and exceed financial targets. This role efficiently oversees a specific revenue generating market and an effective, high-performance pro-active sales function that generates its own sales leads.

Sales Manager Requirments:

Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable role

Proven Track Record in a strategic Sales Management role

Ability to manage sales in a high-volume environment with an emphasis on outstanding customer service

Has a personal commitment to organizational excellence; displays honesty, integrity, and a strong ethical approach in all decisions and actions.

Ability to apply a high level of commercial acumen to all aspects of strategic planning and execution of sales strategyincluding in the face of market shifts and evolving competition

Excellentrelationship management skills

Ability to actively listen, seek information, and ask questions tobuild and maintain strong relationships

Maintain excellent awareness of hospitality market trends and competitive landscape

Enthusiastic outlook and capable of effectively transferring and encouraging enthusiasm throughout thewider team

Is resilient; remains calm and deliberate under difficult conditions

Afearless attitude towards hitting sales targets and a determination for helping the team to succeed
