Ass. Chef leads the kitchen team to achieve efficient and profitable daily operations, resulting

in best-of-class hospitality.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

● Create menus and plates for the Tasting Room/Bar that reach efficiency goals, meet

the highest standards of quality, and minimize waste.

● Lead and manage the kitchen team, including training, supervising, and scheduling.

● Foster a positive and productive work environment.

● Maintain a high level of facility standards including safety, cleanliness, employee support, and

co-worker support. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

● Collaborate with the distillery team to create unique pairings and specialty cocktails that

complement our menu.

● Create, document, and implement consistent recipes, processes, and systems designed to

provide reliable product quality and high customer satisfaction.

● Manage inventory, conducting a timely and accurate inventory that is documented in an

understandable way.

● Create an efficient kitchen environment that stays within financial constraints to reach business goals.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation depends on your experience.
