Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports all 6S activities
  • Cleaning of facility (walls, ceiling, equipment) as assigned
  • Other cleaning as assigned
  • May be assigned to work flexible schedule or any shift
  • Painting (excluding products/parts)
  • Chemical handling
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must obtain fork truck and scissor lift licenses (Company provided training and licensing)
  • Ability to multi task
  • Ability to wear respirator (Company provided medical evaluation and certification process)
  • Adhere to all environmental, health and safety policies, regulations and requirements


Language, Math, and Reasoning Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, drawings, set-up sheets, travelers, procedure manuals and government regulations.


Computer Skills:

Must be able to use the computer and computer software as required by job.

Work Environment:

Factory and product manufacturing environment where the noise levels are moderate to loud.
