We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Residential Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a Residential Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the residential solar market. You will work with homeowners to understand their energy needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment while building a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential solar market.
  • Work with homeowners to understand their energy needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and assess energy needs to determine suitability for solar panels.
  • Present and demonstrate solar panel systems to homeowners, highlighting the benefits and features.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and technologies to maintain expert knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve sales performance.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, marketing, or environmental studies).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or sales-related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the solar industry or renewable energy technologies.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
