About the Role:
The Paid Media Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This position requires a strong understanding of social media advertising tools and platforms, as well as analytical skills to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports to drive strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok.
- Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
- Perform audience research, set up targeting parameters, and conduct creative testing for campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the creative team to design compelling and impactful ad creatives.
- Monitor and assess campaign performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations for enhancements.
- Keep informed of platform updates and industry developments to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
- Prepare and share detailed reports on campaign metrics, insights, and improvement suggestions with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in paid media or digital marketing, including hands-on management of paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media advertising tools and platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Snapchat Ads and TikTok for Business is a plus.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to drive results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
