The Product Manager - Mobile App, is a market expert whose knowledge includes a deep understanding of the competition, and how customers think of and use our product.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Acts as the product leader within the company
  • Drives the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of company and competitor products, solutions, and offerings
  • Uses market research to get ideas for features and/or products that customers will want 
  • Prioritizes product enhancement opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research
  • Leads and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products
  • Acts as the customer advocate articulating the end user’s needs
  • Develops metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements
  • Brings evidence-based decision-making to your communication.
  • Establishes requirements for enhancement of existing and new products
  • Demonstrates functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders

  • Proven track record of success, you have successfully built and managed products that users love
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management, and consumers of the company’s products
  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to explain complex concepts across the organization and to large audiences
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure
  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
  • Team player who collaborates well with others, with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions and can cope effectively with complexity and change
  • Have a passion for metrics and data-driven decision making for product improvements and measuring success
  • Previous experience in small, high growth startup preferred
  • Experience with healthcare systems and/or labor marketplaces
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
  • 3+ years relevant experience working on technology-powered products, specifically mobile applications
