Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une banque banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, un Chef de Projet Organisation - Support, afin de revoir les processus du RUN dans une optique de maitrise de la qualité des prestations fournies aux entités clientes du RUN.

Missions & Activités:

  • Amélioration & rationalisation processus
    • Prise de connaissance des processus et RACI actuels
    • Identification des painpoint
    • Définition d'une démarche pour l'amélioration / maitrise avec les différentes parties prenantes
    • Initiation des ateliers de travail / validation pour la revue des processus & du périmètre
    • Documentation des processus / KPI de suivi
  • Livrable
    • Cartographie des processus à jour (à partir de l'existant)
    • Planning de mise en place avec rapport régulier d’avancement
    • Support de comité
    • RACI tenant compte de la nouvelle orga / contexte à jour
    • Procédures, descriptifs des KPI (moyen de calcul et signification)
    • Communications / présentation des processus
  • Reporting
    • Fournir la visibilité sur l’avancement
    • Rendre compte au Manager du Support Applicatif de l’état d’avancement
    • Assurer des comités de suivi

Profil Recherché:

  • Une expérience dans la mise en place / amélioration de processus. 
  • Une connaissance probante dans les métiers du Support avec très bonne maitrise des standards de gestion des assets IT (ITIL …). 
  • Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projet, avec connaissance technique de Nagios.

      • Connaissance des ITSM / CMDB
    • Compétences Fonctionnelles
      • Connaissance des processus de Gouvernance des systèmes d’information (ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, …),
      • Connaissance de l’Approche Processus et du Lean Management
      • Conduite de projets informatiques
      • Connaissance du métier de la banque et des activités de Support

Type de contrat: Freelance

Durée de la mission: 3 mois renouvelables (Projet sur minimum 1 année)
