Our client, a leading global accounting firm, is seeking a Tax Senior Manager to join their team. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in providing strategic tax planning and compliance services to clients.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of tax professionals and oversee their work in tax planning, compliance, and consulting services.
- Collaborate with clients' senior management to understand their business objectives and develop tax strategies that align with their goals.
- Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on clients.
- Lead engagements and ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services to clients.
- Review and sign off on tax returns and other tax-related documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in tax services, preferably in a public accounting firm.
- In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple engagements.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package. ($190k - $210k)
- Annual bonus of 25%.
