About us: Admiral Furniture, a locally family-owned company, has been in business for more than 10 years. Our growth has been consistent year after year. We domestically manufacture and distribute outdoor furniture to large and small complexes in various industries including large national accounts. We are a quality driven manufacturing and servicing business to our customers and are passionate about what we do. Ownership and management work in the office together as a team to participate in the excellence of its products and services as well as the support of its staff.

Overview:

  • This position is responsible for the development of new business and relationship building of an existing customer base for both Florida and Arizona. We have businesses within these territories that will be assumed with this role. Our products are high quality and highly sought after within the industry for both states, which are known vacation destinations. The warmer climates are the reason for the growth in the number of apartment and condominium complexes as well as hotels, motels, and Airbnb rentals.
Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop comprehensive marketing plans and align events for the territories.
  • Territory & Relationship building by sourcing new prospects and sales opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate our company values, product vision and our manufacturing and product capabilities to new and existing customer base.
  • Build rapport over time and ensure customer development.
  • Network and attend sales meetings in your designated territories.
  • Close sales and work with team to create work orders.
  • Work with CSRs to manage inquiries related to your territories and orders.

Minimal Qualifications:

  • 5 – 10 years progressive sales and sales management experience with 80-90% closing ratio
  • High caliber communication style written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with large professional customers and networks.
  • Report on pipeline and close percentages for your territories.
  • Work professionally with internal team and external counterparts.
  • Willingness to travel within territories (schedule TBD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • All minimal qualifications as mentioned above as well as:
  • BA/BS Marketing, Sales or Business from an accredited university
  • Experience working within Salesforce.
