Infuzu is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team and bring HIPAA-compliant AI tools to medical offices, insurance providers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Based in Albany, New York, we are an early-stage pre-seed AI chatbot startup that consolidates 25+ major LLM chatbots into a single interface, encrypting user data to be HIPPA compliant.

Where large AI developers capitalize on user input to train models, we put privacy and compliance before all else, allowing the most important sector of our society and economy to access cutting-edge tools. We found early market fit at a small scale with individual users in the medical space and aim to build enterprise-level deals with medical offices across the United States. With this primary value proposition validated, we are excited to take the promise of privacy-first compliant AI mainstream.

Who you are:

We’re looking for a self-starter with at least two years of experience in sales support or sales, preferably in the AI, MedTech, or Medical SaaS space. You must be passionate about AI, and a natural communicator. While we are looking for the following attributes in a candidate, we welcome people of all experiences and backgrounds to apply. The following traits are guidelines, but not requirements:

  • Experience with early-state pre-seed startups, especially in sales
  • Experience quickly taking a product from zero to revenue-positive
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter
  • Ability to identify problems, suggest solutions, and guide
  • Strong written, verbal, and numerical communication skills
  • Interest in growing into a leadership role and defining corporate culture trajectory
  • Comfort working with a technical founder
  • Comfort with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats when needed

What you’ll do at Infuzu:

  • Own our primary sales territory: medical and HIPAA compliant businesses incl. insurance
  • Build a sales pipeline of qualified small and medium sized businesses in the medical space
  • Develop new clients through cold email and phone outreach
  • Work closely with the founder to develop new clients and represent customer needs internally
  • Work closely with the founder to develop and lead a sales team
  • Engage with our external marketing and advertising partners for sales support and needs
  • Develop new accounts with customers in the medical vertical
  • Manage relationships with clients
  • Work with our founder and team to develop an AI product
  • Supervise the signing of BAAs to ensure HIPPA compliance

How you’ll be compensated:

  • $50,000 Salary + $50,000 Additional OTE (Uncapped)
  • Generous first-floor equity grant
  • Remote work flexibility (You must reside in New York State)
