Nous recherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, un Régional Business Partner, afin de gérer la relation avec les filiales et la région AFCE.

Missions:
Gérer les principaux outils et processus suivants :

Schéma Directeur:

  • Le RBP est l’ambassadeur et le porteur de la démarche Schéma Directeur : il est co-responsable avec le/les Régions, sous-Région et filiales de l’élaboration, de la mise à jour et de l’exécution du/des Schéma(s) Directeur(s) de son DC.

Budget:

  • Dans le respect des guidelines édictées par AFMO ET DFIN, le RBP supervise la préparation du budget de la « Filière IT » de son DC et s’assure en particulier du bon alignement entre les schémas directeurs, les plans d’actions issus de l’ITMA, du BPMA et le budget.

Projets:

  • Le RBP assiste les filiales, sous-Région ou Région ainsi que les SBP métier dans les processus de qualification, d’approbation et d’exécution des projets importants des filiales. Pour les projets initiés par les départements du siège, le RBP peut être amené à agir comme facilitateur, relais ou appui du chef de projet du siège.

Gouvernance:

  • En concertation avec ses hiérarchies, le RBP définit, publie, maintient, ajuste et met en œuvre la gouvernance appropriée à l’accomplissement de ses missions sur son DC. 

Profil Recherché & Compétences:

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire,
  • Connaissance du Système d’Information bancaire,
  • Connaissances d’un ou plusieurs Domaines Métiers ou Fonctionnels ainsi que des processus bancaires afférents,
  • Capacité à produire des analyses et des synthèses écrites claires, concises à la fois conceptuelles et actionnables,
  • Maîtrise parfaite de la langue française tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral,
  • Maîtrise raisonnable de l’Anglais.
