Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets. It requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key metrics and support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and integrate them into current processes.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Python, Excel).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with GitHub for version control and collaboration on projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
