Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily business operations for Long Beach location
  • Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards
  • Manage professional development and training of staff
  • Manage profit and loss figures, maximize profitability through KPIs
  • Work in conjunction with Chef De Cuisine and Ownership to further mission of company and maintain high quality of food and customer interactions.
  • Ordering of alcoholic beverages, management of beverage program with support of ownership


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
