We are currently hiring a Product Manager, Consumer & Digital for a company focused on developing innovative products for the ophthalmic market. As a Product Manager, Consumer & Digital, you will play a critical role in executing patient content, managing digital campaigns, and overseeing various marketing initiatives. This is a full-time onsite position offering competitive compensation. Qualified candidates interested in this long-term contract position, are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute patient content across websites, collateral materials, and CRM emails.
  • Oversee patient social media posts (LWKC, iLink, LWG).
  • Conduct patient interviews for stories/testimonials (iLink and iDose TR).
  • Manage Veeva/Oracle/FDA submissions.
  • Update “Find a Doctor/Locator” for iLink/KC and iStent infinite.
  • Maintain patient inventory stock and manage email inboxes daily.

Cornea Focus:

  • Recruit and manage iLink patient journeys.
  • Manage Consumer PR efforts with Crowe (Rep and MD included).
  • Support Co-Promote Program with FlightPath (Rep and MD included).
  • Provide iLink account-based marketing support (website updates, image/video requests, etc.).
  • Begin strategic and tactical planning for iLink O2N/Epioxa launch.

Glaucoma Focus:

  • Manage the execution of the iDose TR Patient Campaign, including:
  • Character animations/persona development.
  • Patient brochure/holder, in-office posters, waiting room materials.
  • Patient website and doctor finder updates.
  • Branded CRM email series and analytics.
  • Display ads, search campaigns, booth graphics, promotional giveaways.
  • Oversee Living With Glaucoma Disease Education Campaign:
  • Website updates.
  • CRM email series and analytics.
  • Brochure and holder management.

Requirements:

  • Full-time onsite position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, or related field.
  • 5+ years in consumer marketing, similar to a Senior Product Manager role.
  • Strong digital experience in email, CRM, display search campaigns, and SEO.
  • Experience in patient interaction and managing patient journeys.
  • Proficiency in Veeva, Oracle, and FDA submissions.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Kind-hearted, understanding, and sympathetic towards patients.
  • Excellent communication skills.
