Key Responsibilities:
- Operate within a cleanroom environment while utilizing a microscope.
- Manage Gowning and Kanban Inventory Replenishment tasks.
- Conduct Cleanroom Monitoring activities.
- Perform cleaning of molds and lens holders.
- Execute cleaning of lens caps and cases.
- Engage in haptic cutting, polishing, cleaning, inspection, and sorting of products.
- Oversee label production and pouching of lenses.
- Conduct lens testing following established protocols using various equipment, including comparators and optical test benches.
- Process Injector Cartridges.
- Assist in the execution of validation protocols.
- Gather test data and document results under engineering guidance in line with manufacturing standards.
- Train manufacturing staff on production processes.
- Support initiatives aimed at process improvement to enhance production efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with tweezers and/or deflashing on small, delicate items is essential.
- Proficiency in working under a microscope for a minimum of 2 hours daily.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Dependable with the ability to work overtime as needed.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
