The CSR - Warehouse also responsible for managing our customer's inventory flow, including processing receivers, shipping orders, return authorizations, etc.

This person will be outgoing and have a good work ethic. Like to problem solve and work with our customer's in a respectful manner.

Hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM (some flexibility with hours) Monday thru Friday.

Competitive wage based on experience.

What does the job look like daily?

In this position, you will responsible to:

Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person and receive orders or changes in service.

Adjust complaints for service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.

Process and input all customer orders and receipts. Runs stock reports to check for product availability when needed.

Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, check all orders for special requests.

Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with the transportation departments, expediting orders as necessary.

Send customer tracking number and signed BOL's with pro numbers after shipment has been posted, as well as any other document required by customer.

Trace orders per customer's request when needed.

Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.

Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.

Act as liaison between the customer and the billing department when required, regarding invoice discrepancies.

Manage paperwork associated with orders including the maintenance of customer files.

Notify management of all requested changes received from the customer regarding shipping, handling or anything else associated with the account.

Work with the transportation department regarding routing for customers

May have to complete quality checks of orders.
