We are looking for a full-time Network Technician who supervises IT Technicians to add to our growing operations. You need at a minimum an associate degree or a certificate from a technical school. You must have 2 - 4 years' experience required in managing enterprise networks, systems and computer hardware. Experience with cloud technologies and a keen eye for automation is a plus.
A Day in The Life as a Network Technician
As a Network Technician, you will provide day-to-day guidance for the IT Technicians in the region to deliver quality customer service and meet Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will work with other Network Techs collaboratively to troubleshoot and engineer solutions for issues and increase efficiency and productivity. We value work-life balance and as part of a professional team, you will work in motivating your team and understanding everyone's distinct skill-sets and strengths. Network Technician may be asked to teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication with other departments.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is strong in Microsoft Server administration, Network troubleshooting, Strong Active Directory and Microsoft Entry skills, and strong supervisory skills. We want someone who can handle the escalated calls from the lower-tier help-desk to help resolve our staff's issues in a timely manner. We believe in continuous growth in knowledge and looking for someone who repeatedly looks for new implementations to existing solutions and provides the company a competitive edge.
