The Associate Director, CRM and OMNI Channel Optimization, is responsible for executing and supporting projects that bring meaningful value to the CRM / OMNI-channel culture within Innovative Medicine, with a focus on system capabilities, integration of data sources and end-user experience. This position will work across various functional areas such as Sales, Marketing and IT to prioritize, design and implement solutions that provide the most impact to our key brands. This position will also partner with key vendor partners to develop and deliver new capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :- Core participant in OMNI Channel workstreams to gather requirements, recommend leveraging of existing solutions and determine best course for development of new solutions.
- Partnership with CRM Training team and SL&D to support end-user Change Management for identified solutions across OMNI Channel program.
- Liaison with partners across Commercial Excellence to ensure effective implementation of CRM capabilities where there is impact to other tools or data/reporting platforms (e.g. iQlik, DICE, CDP, etc.)
- Manage partnership with IT counterparts to ensure timely delivery of system changes with high attention to quality and user experience. Perform and oversee testing to ensure successful launch of capabilities.
- Liaison with key brand partners to obtain deep understanding of all marketing initiatives, to ensure optimal integration with CRM/OMNI solutions.
- Manage partnership with key vendors (e.g. Veeva) to obtain subject matter expertise to available capabilities, with knowledge of and impact to product roadmaps.
- Manage relationships with consultant partners involved with OMNI strategy and/or execution.
