- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute customer initiatives and launch new products.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships.
- Lead and manage direct reports to achieve business objectives and develop future leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the food service industry, with a proven track record of building strong partnerships with large chain operators.
- Experience partnering with food service operators to collaborate on portfolio growth and utilizing cross-functional leadership within culinary, R&D, and marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and understanding of P&L management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical skills, and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast and agile environment and lead through influence and indirect authority with cross-functional groups.
- Willingness to travel up to 80%.
- Competitive annual salary range of $118,400 - $165,700.
